the World-Wide-Images website as a

World-Wide-Images website, must

where you will be asked to provide a
few details about yourself to enable
us to identify you, when you visit
the website. There are two types of
registration, one that is automatic
and is used for print ordering and
your password will be sent
automatically. The other is for
downloading images, which will
require manual processing. After
registration, we shall send to you
by e-mail your personal access
password. There is no charge for
this registration, nor any
obligation to subsequently purchase
any goods and services from us. You
should keep your password
confidential and you must not
disclose it to any third party.
Intellectual Property
The images are the copyright of
the photographer and the author is
asserting his/her full Moral Rights
in relation to the publication of
any image. A credit for
onEdition/photographer must be in
close proximity to the image. All
rights reserved. Rights for onward
transmission of any image or file is

Conditions of Supply
Please read these Conditions of
Supply before ordering any images or
services from the World-Wide-Images
web site. You should understand that
by ordering images or services you
agree to be bound by these
Conditions, which incorporate our
General Terms, and Conditions.
Contracts for the supply of goods
and services formed through our
website or as a result of visits
made by you to our website are
governed by our Conditions of
Supply.
All prices will be as quoted on
our web site except in the case of
obvious errors. These prices include
VAT and delivery costs, unless these
are otherwise itemised but they
exclude any local taxes and/or
import duties, which are payable by
you. Prices are subject to change at
any time, but once an order has been
accepted the price agreed will not

Fulfilment and delivery
Your order will be fulfilled as
soon as possible but usually within
30 days, however due to exceptional
circumstances delivery may take
longer. If you have not received

Cancellation, Return and Refund
Policy
Where you purchase images and
services from us as a consumer (but
not where you purchase images and
services in the course of your
business) the following provisions
shall apply:
There is no right to cancel a
download, once you have received a
password to download images.
You have the right to cancel a
print order up to 7 days after our
acceptance of the order. The
cancellation must be in writing and
clearly state your intention to
cancel. In the first instance please
email us at

On receipt of your cancellation
we shall reimburse you the price of
the cancelled goods within 30 days
of our receipt of any images already
despatched to you, subject to a 20%
charge for administration. If we
have not despatched any goods we
will reimburse you the full amount
less postage costs.
In the event that you have not
returned the goods within the period
stated then your right to any
reimbursement will be void.
If you believe that we have made
an error in fulfilling your order
please contact use within 7 days of
receipt of your order in writing, in
the first instance via email,
stating exactly what you believe to
be wrong. We will endeavour to
correct any issues which you may
have but reserve the right to deem
the order fulfilled correctly if you
have not contacted us within 7 days.
The Contract
The contract between us will be
formed, when you receive
confirmation of an order with us for
prints or, on the commencement of
the download. Please note that we
shall be under no obligation to
accept any order placed by you.
In the event that you find that
you have made an error in your order
please contact us immediately and we
will try accommodating the revised
instructions. However if we have
already despatched the images we
reserve the right to charge you our
costs in correcting your revised
instructions.
We maintain a written record of
your order, which is available on
request.
Indemnification for Breaches
You agree to indemnify
onEdition.com Ltd., its
subsidiaries, its affiliates and
licensors against any losses,
expenses, costs or damages howsoever
incurred by any or all of them as a
result of your breach of the Terms
of this Agreement or your
unauthorised use of the Content and
related rights.
Linking to the website
You may not make any links to our
site other than to the logon page
and it must be in a way that is not
defamatory nor damage our reputation
or take advantage of it. In
particular, you must not establish a
